Mindful Flow (Gyrokinesis)

In Mindful Flow, we will use Gyrokinesis®️ to awaken our senses through touch, regulate our nervous systems through breath, and lubricate our joints through motion. Gyrokinesis®️ is a holistic practice that addresses the entire body. Breath plays a significant role in Mindful Flow as it guides us through the spiralling and undulating of the spine. After this session, you will walk away feeling lengthened yet grounded.

About Tong

Tong is a former performer who has tried several movement methods, one of which was GYROTONIC®. This practice stood out and has since influenced her greatly – not just physically but holistically. Her approach to teaching is to help others discover mindfulness & sensations within their body through movement and breath.
