Felt Sense Circles
This year, join us for A Year of Wellness Through Intentional Rituals. Together, we’ll create sacred space each month for reflection, connection, and growth, inspired by the rhythms of nature and the seasons.
Through The Monthly Felt Sense Circles, we’ll weave movement, journaling, mindfulness, and sensory experiences into a transformative journey of intentional wellness.

with Diana and Dr Foo

In our evening together there will be space in community to:
- Reflect on the year that is closing and the early stirrings of the year ahead
- Release what is held in the body through a guided sound and movement practice
- Rest into a guided sound and visualisation journey seeding intentions for the year ahead
- Be supported by the elements of water and fire in rituals of release and renewal
Things to prepare/bring:
