Using tools informed by systemic constellation work — applied in a trauma-informed and embodied way — we explore the hidden dynamics that shape how your team functions. This includes unspoken tensions, role confusion, power structures, and inherited organizational patterns that may be influencing the present.

Through a slow, respectful, and creative process, teams gain insight into what has been stuck or unseen, allowing for greater flow, alignment, and relational coherence.
