A Relational Wellness Workshop
This experiential session explores the nervous system, psychological safety, and the invisible threads of connection that shape team dynamics. Through guided somatic practices and real-time reflection, your team will build trust, deepen co-regulation, and learn to move through tension with curiosity and care.

Mapping the Unseen
A Grounded Introduction to Systemic Constellation Work
Using tools informed by systemic constellation work — applied in a trauma-informed and embodied way — we explore the hidden dynamics that shape how your team functions. This includes unspoken tensions, role confusion, power structures, and inherited organizational patterns that may be influencing the present.
Through a slow, respectful, and creative process, teams gain insight into what has been stuck or unseen, allowing for greater flow, alignment, and relational coherence.
